HOW TO SHOP ONLINE

General

To shop, you simply need to register your details. After you have completed your first order, a customer number will be sent to you. Please use this to sign in on future visits to this site. You can also use these details to shop at any Next website.

Existing customers please enter your Customer Number, Date of Birth and Postcode in the exact format that appears on your statement or despatch note. If you have shopped with us before but do not know your Customer Number, please call us on 0844 844 8333.

For security we will not give out customer numbers via the telephone or by email, so please have details of the flowers you would like to order. We will take your order over the telephone and post you your account details for future use.

Flowers, Plants & Wine

  1. Select a Bouquet or Wine
  2. Select a Gift
    Select up to 3 different gifts dependant on the item.
    For safety reasons during transit champagne gifts can only be ordered with items not including glass vases and some ceramic pots. No gifts can be ordered with the plant, wine and flowers by post ranges. Unfortunately gifts cannot be purchased without a flower order.
  3. Arrange Delivery
    Select the delivery date & address including a nominated delivery day.
  4. Add Personalised Message
    Make your gift extra special by adding your own personalised message.

  2. Select Card Value
    Gift Cards are available from £10 to £200.
  3. Add a Gift Box.
  4. Arrange Delivery
