Stainless Steel Encapsulated Copper Base 20 Cm Saucepan

Suitable: Electric, gas, ceramic/halogen. Suitable for use in the oven up to 180° C.

These stainless steel pans with encapsulated copper bases offer fast and even heat distribution with reduced hot spots during cooking. Select items include premium non-stick interior allowing for minimal oil use and a healthier cook. Premium riveted handles are weighted and ergonomic for comfort and ease of use.

Before first use, remove all packaging and wash with warm soapy water. To remove burnt-on food soak in warm soapy water. Before washing, always allow the pan to cool fully in order to avoid damage, always use a soft cloth and avoid abrasive chemicals. To maintain the appearance of your pans we recommend drying with a soft cloth immediately after washing.

If marking or discolouration of the stainless steel or copper occurs through cooking, the surface can be restored with the use of a stainless steel or copper cleaner and a soft cloth.

To maintain your pan's features avoid over-heating or boiling dry. We recommend that you use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the pan interior.

Please use oven gloves when handling the lid as this will become hot in use. Ensure you use a heat source that is suitable for the size of the pan and do not position the handle directly over a source of heat. Always lift the pan from the hob and do not drag or shake to avoid damage.
